Dr. Facelo joins the CMG organization with a strong passion for caring for patients and serving the community with her expertise in Family Medicine.
Her interests include primary care, acute/urgent care services, preventative medicine, women's health, pediatric care, and geriatrics. Dr. Facelo enjoys working with all age groups to not only provide care, but also to educate them about their health concerns and disease processes. She has attended the Family Medicine Advocacy Summit and American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians Future Leader Conference to learn skills to utilize in the community.
Dr. Facelo is an advocate for her patients' needs, and often collaborates with other providers to ensure her patients have the opportunity to receive the most comprehensive, compassionate, and quality care available.

The woman at the front desk (I think her name was Tracy) was excellent. She was knowledgeable, professional, and personable; she readily and thoroughly explained answers to the questions I asked and explained various clinic procedures, including why I had to sign to give permission for the session to be recorded (so the doctor wouldn't have to type notes continually). The doctor barely even looked at me - she asked questions and typed throughout the visit.

Dr. Facelo, is the kindest, and most caring physician I have ever had. She listens and she explains very well. I am looking at a possible cancer Diagnosis and she relieved my fears and anxiety by telling me to take one step at a time and she's here for me. I've called the office several times Because the radiologist wasn't responding to her referral because he was in his own silo. Dr. Facelo, shook things up and got things moving quickly. I have recommended Dr. Facelo, to my daughter who is also happy with herand my husband and a couple of friends already who couldn't get an appointment with her and ended up with the PA. For a young physician, I am very impressed with her bedside manner, her compassion, her patience, and her relaxed demeanor.

It was a very good experience, the doctor laid out her rules of practice that she tries to follow and she gave me a thorough physical and wanted to see me back in 3 months to follow up on some other issues I've had. My time with her was well spent and I believe she was very confident and well established which is what I need in a doctor. Five star rating all the way around!!

March 10, 2021 I visited this office for the first time. At that time I filled out a complete history as well as submitting my personal medical history. My next visit was on April 30, 2021. They requested I fill out the same information again, electronically. I have been a patient in the Carondelet Group for 20 years including when they converted to computer. I asked the desk why I had to fill out this information again and she said because they have gone electronically. This makes no sense, and is a complete waste of my time. How many times do you need to capture the same information?
