John Henry was an outstanding listener throughout my appointment. He took so much time ensuring we were discussing and addressing my complaint at length and never made me feel like I needed to hurry up or was asking too many questions. John Henry went above and beyond to show empathy and determine any and every method of treatment that I could try that I hadn't tried yet. John Henry had to share some tough news with us, and did so with such compassion and grace. He is an incredible care provider and I can't speak highly enough about him.

He took the time to explain to me, and to listen to me. He asked several things about my condition and pain and gave me a physical evaluation to see my condition. Everything is very good plus he is very friendly.

John Moreno was a huge benefit to me during my 5 day stay at St Joseph's following my surgery. He visited every afternoon, was very informative, had a great bedside manner and truly made me feel as though I was the most important person in this medical practice. His attitude and cooperative assistance at my metting at western Nuero was no different.He is an awesome PA and my my suregery a very pleasant experience.

John Henry took the time to listen to my problem about my neck that has her rod in it. Has a car accident and it does not feel right. He assured me he thought it was OK from the emergency room CT but would like an MRI. He's on top of things. I'd love to see him again.
